1. Who we are

Cinextras Production S.L. is an audiovisual production company registered in Barcelona (Spain), operating between Italy and Spain. This policy is drawn up in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD – Organic Law 3/2018).

2. Data collected and purposes of processing

We collect the following personal data:

  • Via the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), message. Purpose: responding to enquiries and quote requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Via the casting registration / portfolio submission form: first name, last name, email, phone, professional data (CV, photos, videos, experience). Purpose: professional evaluation for audiovisual productions. Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Navigation data (technical cookies): IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration. Purpose: technical operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

3. Third-party tools

The website may use third-party analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). This section will be updated once the technical configuration of the site has been verified. Users will be informed via the cookie banner before any non-essential activation.

4. Employees and data processors

Cinextras Production S.L. works with employees and collaborators who process personal data within the scope of their duties, bound by confidentiality obligations. Data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email, CRM) to the extent strictly necessary, subject to data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

5. International data transfers

Data is processed primarily within the European Union. Where transfers to third countries are necessary, appropriate safeguards under the GDPR will be applied (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

6. Data retention

Data collected via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and for a maximum of 2 years. Casting profile data is retained for a maximum of 3 years, unless consent is withdrawn earlier. Technical navigation data is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

7. Data subject rights

As a data subject, you may request the exercise of the following rights before CINEXTRAS PRODUCTION SL by sending a written request to the postal address indicated at the top of this document or by sending an email to ludovica@cinextras.it, stating “LOPD Rights” in the subject line and attaching a photocopy of your identity document or any other equivalent document provided for by law.

With regard to the collection and processing of your personal data, you may contact us for information concerning the following matters:

  • Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data being processed in accordance with Article 15(1) of the GDPR.
  • Right to rectification or erasure: allows the correction of errors and the modification of inaccurate or incomplete data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.
  • Right to erasure: allows the deletion of inadequate or excessive data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

  • Restriction of processing: consists of marking stored personal data in order to limit its future processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR.
  • Data portability: facilitates making the processed data available to the data subject so that they may transmit it to another data controller, without hindrance, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR.

8. Minors

Our services are not directed at children under 14. For minors aged 14 to 18 wishing to take part in casting activities, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website.
